The Assessor’s Office no longer accepts Informal Requests for Assessment review. The filing period was July 1, 2026 – November 2, 2026. If you have evidence demonstrating a reduced value may be warranted for the 2026/2027 tax year, you may file an Assessment Appeal Application with the Assessment Appeals Board.
